No. The parties agree on paper and electronic methods of transferring the deliverable, acceptance certificate and Order Invoice.

Yes, if the order is identified and the Client's wishes are confirmed. Payment does not automatically confer a right to the result or a predetermined finding.

No. The type of review and whether direct examination of objects is included are determined by the assignment and recorded in the result.

No. Legal assessment and the decision are made by the authorized body. The result contains findings within the limits of the examination.

An independent lawful basis and the necessary authority are required. The sender's consent applies to their own data; unnecessary information should be redacted.

Where there is no contract — no more than 90 days from the last substantive message or conversation, unless there is another basis. Contractual periods are determined separately.
