Delivery of the result
The recipient and their authority are agreed with the Client. The payer does not automatically become the recipient of the result. Inclusion of the document in the case file, assessment of evidence, legal classification and guilt fall within the competence of the relevant authority. A contract and payment do not guarantee a predetermined finding.
