What is taken into account during review

The question must specify the object, samples to be compared and technical task. State the circumstances of discovery, packaging, available materials and limitations. Questions of guilt, legal classification and admissibility of evidence fall within the authority of the relevant participants in the proceedings, rather than the technical finding.
